Eatwelshlamb sites spokesman said, "Quality time for most people is defined as the time together with your partner to relax, no pressure, the tension of everyday life, interruptions or task."

He also stated there are 16 percent of respondents did not have quality time with her partner. The couple was admitted did not have time to meet, talk, eat, or the streets.

"We would encourage couples to set aside more time to meet each other in a few minutes every day, just to cook instant food, then they can eat together. Or if this is not possible, make sure there is enough time at the end of the day for meaningful conversation, "added the spokesman.

Ideally, couples want to have at least 1 hour 25 minutes per day to spend time together, which means just under 10 hours per week. The same study showed that 6 out of 10 couples will use the time together to know if they are okay or not.
