A recent research reveals for the happy marriage is to behave like the wives in the past. Such behavior such as making coffee for her husband or a massage.

But of course not the only attitude that makes wives happy marriage. The attitude of the husband's wife, too, define happiness in living wedding.

Research conducted by the National Marriage Project was revealed, mutual understanding is the key to happy marriage. The meaning here is defined how the couple make their partner feel valued, important and loved.

"The message of this research is, you are important and too valuable," said Dr. Anthony Castro, assistant processor of psychiatry at the University of Miami Miller School of Medicine, who participated in the research, as quoted from msnbc.

The National Marriage Project study involved 1400 couples aged 18-46 years. From the results of the study revealed 55% female and 46% of men who apply mutual understanding in their relationship was deeply unhappy with her marriage.

The couple often do little things for their partners, such as making coffee, massage, cooking or give flowers. Mutual understanding and forgiveness really help the couple to create a harmonious marriage. Only 14% of couples reported less mutual understanding they are happy with her marriage.

Bradford Wilcox, other researchers are also involved in the research said that mutual understanding can work well when you give your husband something to be desired. Vice versa, the husband gave what you really want to.

"It shows the couple get to know you and you try to do things that really likes," said Wilcox, associate professor of the sociology department at the University of Virginia, the United States.

In this day and age, mutual understanding in question can also be interpreted how the couple's understanding of gender equality. The husband, although they are breadwinners, want to come help his wife while in the house. While the wife, although it has been successful with his career, not to forget his duty to take care of children and husbands.
